Reasons We Share Personal Data
We are required by Ballymore Asset Management (BAML) to produce details of leaseholders that have registered for the High Point Village residents association, we will share the name and address of each member only so that BAML can confirm our membership list is accurate and that we have reached the required threshold to form a recognised residents association.
How is your data stored?
Cognito Forms - A copy of the registration form data is stored in Cognito forms, this data is deleted periodically.
Microsoft Azure - A database of the completed registration form data is kept in OneDrive, this is located in Microsoft Azure.
Sendinblue - A copy of the registration form data is stored in Sendinblue, data is deleted when a leaseholder informs us that they would like to leave the residents association.
Third Party Data Processors
We use Cognito Forms to securely collect and manage your personal information in compliance with GDPR. You can learn more about how Cognito Forms protects your personal information in the Cognito Forms Privacy Policy.
We use the Sendinblue service to send emails to leaseholders, the service holds a copy of registration data.
How we use cookies

MEMBERSHIP RIGHTS
When you become a member of the High Point Village residents association you became party to a contract with the Association and under the constitution we are obliged to retain records of you as a member and to send you notices of general meetings. You can only opt out of this by resigning your membership.
Controlling your personal information
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please email ra@hpvra.org.uk.
